Educational Background: Mr. Thiemann has a BS (with honors) from Elmhurst College. He obtained an MS degree in in Education-Distinguished Instructional Design from Capella University.
Experience: Mr. Thiemann is a master’s level educator. He is skilled in developing curriculum within the corporate setting on ground as well online designing and evaluating instructional design projects. He currently develops and implements program and curriculum for Girls Incorporated of Pinellas. Mr. Thielmann manages staff and budgets.
Mark is married to Linda, 20 years this year, and has three wonderful children, Peggy, James and Julie, and a 4-year old grandson, Kai. He is also a Masters level instructional designer, educator, and trainer with 10+ years’ experience in defining instructional and learning objectives, and developing instructional materials for instructor-led and technology-based curricula. His skills in curriculum development to meet the requirements of all stakeholders, while providing excellent communication between all parties, are critical to building teams and maintaining certifications in the modern corporate environment. He is an expert in the Microsoft Office® suite of tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Publisher. Mark is currently pursuing Certification as an Ethical Hacker (CEH).
